First, we’ll discuss your requirements and goals for your brand’s social media presence.
Second, I’ll do a short audit of the current social media following for your brand on all current social media platforms.
Third, you’ll receive a proposal on how we can work together along with the next steps and pricing.
Fourth, should we all decide we’re a good fit, you’ll sign and send the proposal back to me and we’ll get to work. It’s as simple as that.

- Content Creation and Curation – I’ll be responsible for creating and populating your social media calendar, writing blogs (if that service was added), creating and acquiring images, creating videos, writing captions, and curating industry-related content.
- Social Media Network Selection – After we review your current social media profiles (if you have any), we will decide which ones (if not all) need attention, content, and maintenance.
- Brand Profile Creation and/or Maintenance – Should we decide there is a need for additional social media profiles, new ones will be created according to your brand, they will be regularly populated and maintained.
- Monthly Social Media Posting Schedule – Every month we will create a consistent social media posting schedule for all your brand’s social media profiles that are under contract. The schedule may include image + caption, YouTube videos, blogs, and testimonials – all to build brand awareness and establish authority on your accounts.
- Brand Monitoring and Hashtags – I’ll monitor for and respond to your brand’s hashtags on a daily basis to maintain brand integrity.
- Engagement and Community Monitoring – Your social accounts will be monitored daily and comments, questions, or challenges will be responded to in a timely manner.
- Promotional and Seasonal Campaign Creation and Management – Promotional and seasonal campaigns for your products and/or services can be created (at your discretion) to increase engagement when celebrating trending events, promotions, or campaigns or for list building campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting – Each month you will be sent a performance report that details progress on agreed social media goals. This not only tracks our progress of achieving the agreed goals but it also informs us all on the strategy for the coming months.
- Monthly Review Meetings – Each month a phone/video/chat session will be scheduled to review the previous month’s performance and discuss any changes or special content for the coming month.
