Done-For-You Web Design Process
When you choose one of my Done-For-You Web Creation packages, we will follow a 5-Step process to make sure your site is exactly what you envisioned.
Planning
We will discuss your website requirements and options and examine different WordPress themes that will achieve your design and business goals. You will receive a spec sheet from me which will contain the domain and hosting company information, WordPress plugins that I plan to use, project scope, and the website design schedule. You will also need to have your content completed and ready to give to me before moving forward.
Design
Depending on the type and complexity of your website project, I will create a website layout that will describe exactly what pages, features, types of graphics, etc. that will be used in creating your new website. This will have to be approved by you. This website layout is how your website will look before I launch it.
Creation
This where the magic begins! Now that I know exactly what you want, what the website will look like, and have a clear plan for it, I will begin the website creation process. This may take some time depending on what features are being implemented and how complex your website is. However, you will be made fully aware of the expected timeline for completion in the previous steps.
Testing
Along the way, I will send you updates on your new website’s development giving you the opportunity to change or improve the look or functionality of the site. I will be testing all pages, links, plug-ins, features, and functions as your site is being created so that we have no (or at least very few) surprises upon launching the website.
Launch
When you are satisfied and ready to launch your brand new website, I will move it to your hosting account and make it visible on the internet. Voila! You are ready to show off your new website to the world!
Done-For-You Website Creation and Management Pricing
My Done-For-You Website Creation and Management pricing is based on the typical average number of hours for new website projects. The hourly rate is $60. It usually takes about 4-6 weeks to complete but it will take longer depending on how complex or large your project is.
You will receive a free consultation via phone/Skype/Zoom to gather all requirements at the beginning of our venture together and a follow-up Done-For-You Website Creation and Management proposal. You will be required to sign and return the proposal to me to show acceptance of the plan and fee before any work begins. All work is contractual and will require a deposit to begin.

Please note that depending on your specific website requirements fees below may be slightly higher. Also, note that all websites will require yearly hosting, domain name, and other fees (depending on your websites requirements) that you will pay directly to your websites hosting company.
